Day 27 2013 - Chilling

As I've mentioned 'PJ Days' too many times, I thought I would title this post a little differently. It hasn't been the typical Sunday of me in my PJs doing work anyways, so there we go!

I actually had a lovely lie-in this morning and then, when I did decide to get up, I made a to-do list :)
Which looks something like this -

1. University Portfolio (Deadling - 10th February)
- Take in portfolio tomorrow to show tutors and sort out ASAP

2. 'Vibrant Vintage'
Print off pictures of installation
Do more primary drawings from installation
- Then develop  drawings into stylistic designs.

3. Textile fabric/paper shoes
Emily - size 5
Chloe - size 4
Nadia - size 3

Its going to be a long and busy week for sure! But its great that I'm finally feeling that I'm sort of on top of things and not doubting myself about the uni work :)

I'm also really happy with the fact that people want me to make them a pair of my textile shoes! I'll be putting photos of them on this blog so you can see the final custom made ones :) So look out for that!

Helping People

I haven't really been focusing on helping other people on facebook like I was planning to. However I have agreed to help one of my friends make a music video; I will also post that on here once its all made! :)

Book Recommended

Although I'm now over the upsetting/angry/pissed off/confused mind set of coming out of a relationship, I came across a book called 'The Single Girl's To-do List' by Lindsey Kelk which I'm currently reading at the moment. The book really highlights the feelings of breaking-up and the journey of picking yourself up, dusting yourself off and starting fresh; which is something I've been doing for the last 3 months or so!

"The Single Girl’s To-Do List gives Rachel the perfect heartbreak cure – and proves love is out there if you’re willing to take a chance."

If you are newly single, this is probably the best book to read! Its a great source of inspiration whic encourages you to sort yourself out, go a little crazy, have an adventure and move-on; instead of sitting around feeling sorry for yourself <3

Us girls have to stick together! and to the guys, we need less jerks/arseholes and more gentleman! Make yourself known! <3
