Ideas for the Future! Inspiration from UCA Project

My usual Sundays would usually consist of getting up at 10 - 11  and having a PJ Day (Spending the day in my Jammies); a typical teenager Sunday. But today textile work started at 9 o'clock sharp and already properly dressed for the day!  I have a feeling its going to be like this for a while...

Thoughts and Feelings

Although I really don't want to involve a lot of my personal life into this blog, I feel like its impossible to separate my love and passion with textiles with my thoughts and feelings with everything else.

I won't go too much into detail, but to be truely honest to myself, my love for textiles and the happiness it gives me has become a very big distraction to a recent break-up. Its like a numbing source; the more and more I focus on my textiles business, the more everything else which I try and avoid thinking about just fades for a while.

I'm trying not to let the post-break up feelings overwhelm me and become the original purpose of starting the whole textile business.

I guess its all part of this journey that I've set myself up for!

Sometimes I wish for a Penpal. So I can spill my feelings out to someone who I don't know, a complete stranger who I know won't judge me for feeling the way I do.
